Project Challenges
Before the platform was in place, Secure Express was doing a lot of heavy lifting manually-coordinating an owned fleet, rotating shifts, and maintaining strict security standards while expanding across cities. The challenge wasn’t just moving people from A to B; it was making sure every ride stayed controlled, traceable, and consistent, with the control center able to monitor journeys in real time and operations able to react instantly when plans changed. As demand grew for both instant and pre-booked rides, Secure Express needed a more structured, reliable system that could scale without compromising safety or service quality.
Managing a fully owned, GPS-tracked fleet and salaried drivers required a central system for vehicles, driver profiles, compliance, and trip history.
Coordinating drivers working day/evening/night shifts for both on-demand and scheduled rides, while avoiding fatigue and ensuring peak-time coverage, was complex.
Drivers needed to be tied to specific zones/cities and only receive jobs within those areas, while still being managed from a centralized operation.
The platform had to support instant bookings and advance reservations with manual driver assignment based on availability, vehicle type, and security needs.
Trips had to stream live data into the 24/7 security operations center for route monitoring, incident alerts, and hijack-prevention workflows.
Maintaining the same high safety and service standards across different cities and risk environments demanded strict controls on drivers, routes, and exceptions.
The Mobility Solution
To support Secure Express’s owned, security-focused fleet and multi-city operations, we implemented a three-layer solution across the Customer App, Driver App, and Admin Panel. The goal was to give passengers a clearly safer experience, give drivers predictable shifts and visibility, and give the control center full command over journeys, zones, and fleet in real time.

Customers can schedule rides well in advance (airport runs, business meetings, hotel transfers), ensuring the right secure vehicle and driver are reserved for critical journeys.
Live GPS tracking lets customers see their car in real time, with accurate ETAs and driver details, enhancing transparency and peace of mind.
Customers can share their live trip link with family, colleagues, or corporate security, so trusted contacts can monitor the journey end-to-end
An in-app SOS button connects directly to the Secure Express 24/7 control center, allowing rapid intervention in case of emergencies or concerns during the trip.
If the vehicle deviates significantly from the planned route, the customer receives a route deviation alert, reinforcing trust in the system’s monitoring and safety focus.

Drivers can view their assigned shifts and roster directly in the app (day/evening/night), aligning their availability with Secure Express’s controlled operations.
Drivers see upcoming scheduled rides ahead of time, allowing better preparation, punctuality, and alignment with vehicle and security requirements.
As a driver approaches the drop-off point, they can start receiving new ride requests near their ETA, improving utilization while maintaining service reliability.
The app only surfaces ride requests from the driver’s assigned zone/city, ensuring compliance with operational boundaries and reducing unnecessary dead mileage.
In-app alerts for expiring licenses, permits, or vehicle documents help drivers and operations maintain a fully compliant, security-ready fleet.

A robust shift timing feature allows admins to create detailed rosters, assign multiple shifts to each driver, and dynamically link drivers to specific vehicles for each duty.
The system supports last-minute operational changes-handling vehicle breakdowns and driver unavailability with tools for quick driver un-assignment, re-assignment, and vehicle swapping.
Admins can configure multiple cities/zones, each with its own pricing, operating areas, fleets, and driver pools, while monitoring everything from a central console.
A live dashboard shows all active rides, real-time locations, and route adherence, with alerts for route deviations and shortcuts to trigger safety workflows or contact drivers.
Integrated views for online payment status, trip summaries, and operational KPIs (on-time performance, utilization, incident logs) support both finance reconciliation and continuous improvement of secure operations.
